The UK Staff Communication Program
Given the current economic circumstances, the level of patient service required, and the type of individual/team performance necessary, the Staff Communication & Management Program is both timely and essential.
This 1½-day interactive program for the dentist and staff will educate, train and develop the practice to communicate effectively, handle conflicts and issues successfully, and generate teamwork. The program will assist the practice in setting up management systems so effective actions and results occur.

LOGISTICS
· Dates: September 16th (7:00-9:00 PM; Dentist Only), September 17th (8:00 AM-4:00 PM; Dentist & Staff)
· Tuition: £650 for the doctor and the first four staff members. The fee for each additional staff member will be £125 per person. A deposit of £150 holds your place.
