These core values are where we come from. They are what we base our decisions on. These values frame how we relate to our clients, our vendors, and ourselves. They form our culture and shape our relationships and our work with clients. These core values are ‘who’ we are.

SERVICE

The Mastery Company’s core value of Service is based on the maxim, “serve those who serve.” Our clients are unconditionally committed to serving their patients. They spend hours in continuing education to better their skills and learn new technologies. They authentically care about their patients’ health, well-being and lives. They serve their staff by providing the opportunity of employment, professional and personal growth and development, and a job that makes a difference. They serve their communities by providing services that improves the health and well being of the people in their community. They serve their profession by demonstrating the highest ethical and quality standards anywhere on the planet. And their problems are getting bigger. Our job is to deliver the highest level of consulting services that allows our clients to provide the highest level of service to their patients, their staffs, their community and their profession.


INTEGRITY

The Mastery Company’s core value of Integrity is firmly based on something Buckminster Fuller once said. ‘Integrity is the essence of everything successful.’ We are rigorously committed to upholding our integrity in everything we say and do. We hold our clients to the same demanding standards. We stand for honoring ourselves as our word. Our promise is we keep our promises. Our job is to make sure clients keep theirs. We are obsessive with keeping our commitments. We are relentless in making certain our clients do the same. We have seen over and over again, the higher the level of integrity in a dental practice, the better the results. The higher the level of our own integrity, therefore, the higher level to which we can hold our clients.

COURAGE

The Mastery Company never set out to be a 'better than' consulting company. We were crystal clear from the very beginning about who we are, what we stand for, how we work with clients, and the values that define us. To enable us to operate from our particular values takes real courage. Our definition of Courage is the same as Dr. Robert Anthony's; 'Courage is simply the willingness to be afraid and act anyway.'

For our clients, we know it takes tremendous courage for them to face the conflicts, problems and issues that invariably arise in any dental practice. Our job is to instill in clients the courage to confront, to challenge, and to resolve. Infusing them with the courage to envision a future and move boldly toward achieving it. For us to enable our clients to act courageously, we must be courageous ourselves.

We understand, that to whatever depth we at The Mastery Company have courage, will be the depth we can instill courage in our clients.
