THE CORE OF PRACTICE
Pacific Northwest Dental Conference
June 17, 2010
Washington State Convention Center
What is the core of your practice? You are. How is your core expressed? It is expressed as values—core values, a direct expression of who you are. Without core values clearly and solidly at the heart of a dental practice, the practice is limited in its performance.
When core values exist as platitudes, neither honored nor upheld, the essence of the practice is weak and shallow. The practice lacks the necessary energy to effectively confront challenge and take authoritative action. Particularly in today’s economic uncertainty, it is fundamental and critical for practice success that the dentist and staff respect and faithfully adhere to their core values.
Course Objectives
1. Clearly distinguish your core values.
2. Communicate your core values so they are wholly embodied by the team.
3. Move core values from the ethereal to the daily operational level of your practice.
This workshop is for the entire team, doctor and staff.
